My Life as a Science Project

The interesting thing about twins is how you can prove that children are born with their own personality.  Lucy and Elsa:  eat pretty much identical foods, sleep at the same time, hear the same lectures....same, same, same.

But, yesterday, I was asking the girls more questions about school.  (I'm trying to have deeper dinner conversations with them - it's hard work).

Me:  "Girls, do you always play with each other at recess?"
Girls:  "No"
Me:  "Elsa, when you aren't playing with Lucy, who do you play with?"
Elsa:  "Brandy, Isabella...."
Me:  "Lucy, when you aren't playing with Elsa, who do you play with?"
Lucy:  "David, Henry...."

So there you have it.  Elsa, is very much more girly and Lucy fits in more with the boys.

Yesterday I got a call from the nurse saying that Lucy hit her head on the bars after she tried to hang upside down.  She now sports a big bruise on her head.   Today she came home with a big scrape on her arm.  It just matches all the other bruises up and down her body.  Definitely the more rough and tumble one.
